Please answer both parts I'm really stuck on this problem.

John is four times more than 3 times his daughters age.

Part A: If John's daughter is 10 years old, write an expression for John's age. Then calculate his age.

Part B: If John's daughter is 9, how would John's age compare to your answer in Part A? Explain.

j=john's age
d=daughter's age

j=4+3d

A. if d=10
j=4+3d
j=4+3(10)
j=4+30
j=34

B.
for d=9
j=4+3d
j=4+3(9)
j=4+27
j=31

compare, hmm
34 vs 31 is 3 years difference
