y = (2-x)(1+3x)

= 2 + 6x - x - 3x^(2)

= 2 + 5x - 3x^(2)

(dy)/(dx) = m = 5 - 6x

At x = 1:

(dy)/(dx) = m = 5 - 6 = -1

y - 7 = -(x - 1)

y = -x + 8

\therefore y = 8 - x

y=(2-x) (1+3x)
This is vertical. and that should be 4x=1
