To get the team motivated and excited about programming is to call them up for a group gathering or meeting in which we are going talk about ideas that would get their attention and motivate them into speaking what changes or what ideas they would likely want to share that will make them want to work and inspired them to do it. With this, it will help the team share their ideas and work with other people.
