In 2 hours, you can fill up
240 boxes
of 20 pencils in each which totals 4,800 pencils boxed in 2 hours.
Work:
20 times 2 is 40 pencils per minute
40 times 60 is 2,400 per hour
2,400 times 2 is 4,800 for 2 hours

It should be 4,800 pencils in two hours.
And
240 boxes
Edit:
Details:
20 pencils in 30 sec
multiply all by two so we are working in min
40 Pencils in 1 min
multiply it all by 60
2400 Pencils in an hour
multiply by two
4800 in two hours
Edit two:
4800÷20=
240
240 BOXES
