We're going to simplify the following expression:


(3^(-2))^4

Remember that if we have two exponents elevating each other in the same base, they multiply.

So, this is equivalent to write:


(3^(-2))^4=(3)^(-8)

Now, we can rewrite the last expression in this new one:
