I hope this helps you
rectangles area = length × width
area = (2x+4)(3x-5)
area = 2x.3x-2x.5+4.3x-4.5
area = 6x²+2x-20
last one is your answer

B = 2x+4
H = 3x-5
A = bh
= (2x+4)(3x-5)
= (2x)(3x)+(2x)(-5)+(4)(3x)+(4)(-5)
= 6x^2 - 10x + 12x - 20
= 6x^2 + 2x - 20
So the answer is A (6x^2 + 2x - 20) (i think)
