Does it need to be an object related to biology?

Anything that is moving will have kinetic energy. An airplane has lots of kinetic energy due to high mass and high velocity (the formula for kinetic energy is k = 1/2 (m) (v^2). But even atoms have kinetic energy!

An airplane has a large amount of kinetic energy in flight due to its large mass and fast velocity.
