Hans Eysenck developed a personality theory which is based on biological factors, stating that individuals inherit a type of nervous system that affects their ability to learn and adapt to the environment. He identified three personality factors: psychoticism, extraversion, and neuroticism (PEN). Each of Eysenck’s factors is a bipolar dimension, which means that each has an opposite.

In his development of personality types, Hans Eysenck was strongly influenced by both Hippocrates and Carl Jung. Correct answer: B
