Which is the solution to the following equation? 4x-8=2(2x-3)

4x-8=4x-6

4x-2=4x add 6 to both sides

-2=x subtract 4x from both sides

4x-8=2(2x-3)
Use distributive property for 2(2x-3)
4x-8=2*2x-2*3
4x-8=4x-6
Add 8 to each side
4x-8+8=4x-6+8
4x=4x+2
Subtract 4x to each side
4x-4x=4x+2-4x
0x=2
Divided 0 to each side
0x/0=2/0
x=undefined. As a result, there is no solution to this equation. Hope it help!
