First, you just want to put all of the integers on one side and the variables on the other.

So then first multiply both sides by -4, which changes the inequality sign, which makes:

x > 4 * -4

And then just make it:

x > -16

Which would be the first graph, because the arrow is pointing at the greater than way and is also hollow so it's only greater than.
