The answer is true. In his speech, "I Have A Dream" in August 28, 1963 he said that his dream is that his four children will live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. This is one of the powerful lines in the speech because Martin Luther King Jr. mentions the beliefs of the Founding Fathers believing that America would be the land of freedom where all men are created equally.
