In order to eliminate the fractions in the equation before solving the equation multiply it by the least common multiple of all denominators.

You are given the equation
m-(3)/(4)m-(1)/(2)=2+(1)/(4)m.

Here you have fractions

(3)/(4),\ (1)/(2),\ (1)/(4)

with denominators 4, 2 and 4, respectively.

The least common multiple is

LCM(4,2,4)=4,

then you should multiply by 4.

Answer: corretc choice is C
