let the rays forming angle T be ray 1 and ray 2

Draw a circle with center point T. Let the intersection of the circle with rays 1 and 2 be at points A and B respectively.

Draw 2 circles with centers A and B so that:

The radii (radius'es) are equal, and they are large enough to intersect.

Denote the intersection of these 2 circles with C.

Join T to C. The line through T and C is the bisector.
