Answer and explanation;
HCl
is an example of
strong acid
as it ionizes completely in solution form to form hydrogen ions
HCl ionizes in solution form into Hydrogen ions (H+) and Chloride ions (Cl-).
HC2H3O2
, is an example of
weak acids
as it does not ionize completely in solution form hydrogen ions.
Acetic acid is represented with opposing half arrows between the reactants and products (H+ and C2H3O2).
Any acid that ionizes 100 percent into ions is called a strong acid while the one that does not undergo a complete dissociation is a weak acid.

There are two types of electrolytes: the strong and the weak electrolytes. Strong electrolytes are those which dissociates completely in solutions while weak electrolytes are those that do not. HCl is a strong electrolyte since it is a strong acid while
HC2H3O2 is a weak one as it is a weak acid as well.
