< 2 + < 3 + 90 = 180
< 2 = x + 8
< 3 = 2x + 7

x + 8 + 2x + 7 + 90 = 180
3x + 105 = 180
3x = 180 - 105
3x = 75
x = 75/3
x = 25

< 2 = x + 8 = 25 + 8 = 33 <==== answer is D
< 3 = 2x + 7 = 2(25) + 7 = 50 + 7 = 57

Answer with explanation:

m\angle2=x+8\\\\m\angle 3=2 x+7\\\\ \text{Angle sum property of triangle}\\\\x+8+2 x+7+90^(\circ)=180^(\circ)\\\\3 x+15=180^(\circ)-90^(\circ)\\\\3 x=90^(\circ)-15^(\circ)\\\\3 x=75^(\circ)\\\\x=(75^(\circ))/(3)\\\\x=25^(\circ)\\\\m\angle 2=25^(\circ)+8^(\circ)\\\\m\angle 2=33^(\circ)

Option D:→ 33°
