start by calculating the 7% of all the sales

\begin{gathered} \text{Comission}=(0.07)\cdot412,454 \\ \text{comission}=28,871.78 \end{gathered}

Calculate the bonus from the comission

\begin{gathered} \text{Bonus}=(28,871.78)\cdot(0.05) \\ \text{Bonus}=1,443.59 \end{gathered}

The total gross pay will be the addition between the comission and bonus

\begin{gathered} G.\text{ Income=28,871.78+1,443.59} \\ G\text{. income=30,315.37} \end{gathered}

The monthly income will be the division between 12 months of the year

\begin{gathered} \text{Monthly income} \\ (30,315.37)/(12)=2526.28 \end{gathered}
