It would be (b) 3/5 because
Terminating decimal is a decimal with a definite amount of digits, meaning that it stops after a certain digit.
The other answers:
(A) 3/7 = 0.42857143.....
(C) 1/3 = 0.333333333333.....
And (D) = 0.27272727272.....

And only 3/5 (B) stops after a certain digit because it's decimal value is 0.6.
Hope this helps!
