Driver take basic driver improvement course to retain their license after charged with a moving or non-moving traffic violation that would result in points being assessed to their driving record may choose to attend driver improvement course. Excluded are those criminal violations and drivers that hold commercial driver license irrespective of the type of vehicle they are driving.
