35 juices cups meaning there would be 420 fluid ounces. And 1 gallon =. 128 ounces. So frank would need to purchase approximately 3.28 bottles

1 gallon=128 fluid ounces
35 cups x 12 fluid ounces =420 fluid ounces
420 fluid ounces=3.28125 gallons
