Big cone:
1/3 * Pi * 6^2 * 16
= 192 Pi

small cone :
1/3 * Pi * 3^2 * 8
=24 Pi

Big cone - small cone:
=192 Pi - 24 Pi = 168 Pi
=168 Pi = 527.7875658

volume of small cone = 24 pi /75.39822368
volume of the frustrum = 168 Pi / 527.7875658
