R = qs4
When s = 8, R = 16 therefore;
16 = q(8 * 4) = 32q
q = 16 / 32 = 0.5

When s = 10,
R = qs4 but q = 0.5 therefore
R = 0.5 * 10 * 4 = 20

Answer:

R = 39.0625

Explanation:

Given:
R = qs^4

We have to find q, when s = 8 and R = 16

Now plugin these value in the above equation, we get

16 = q.
8^(4)

16 = q.4096

q =
(16)/(4096)

q = 0.00390625

Now plug in q = 0.00390625 and s = 10 in above given formula and find the value of R.

R = 0.00390625*
10^(4)

R = 0.00390625*10000

R = 39.0625
