In the transcript from the Vince and Larry Seatbelt public service announcement, the persuasive media conveys its meaning by using clever dialogue to show that you can never be too safe (B).
The public service announcement is entertaining because Vince and Larry are crash dummies. Even though Vince thinks the airbags will keep him safe, he forgets to put on his seatbelt which causes him to go flying out of the vehicle. As humans, we might also think the airbag will keep us safe, but we forget that without a seatbelt we could be ejected from the vehicle. This is a reminder to wear your seatbelt, because even though the airbag can protect you, you can never be too safe.
