The given equation is,

-(1)/(3)(px-2)=9

We can multiply both sides with 3,

-(px-2)=27

Therefore on solving,

\begin{gathered} -px-(-2)=27 \\ -px+2=27 \\ -px=27-2 \\ -px=25 \\ x=-(25)/(p) \end{gathered}

Thus, the option c is correct.
