The greatest common factor is the basically a number that can divide through a gievn set of numbers evenly

The greatest common factor of 27 and 6 is


\begin{gathered} 27=3*3*3 \\ 6=2*3 \\ \text{GCF}=3 \end{gathered}

Hence, the GCF of 27 and 6 is 3

b) The GCF to factor 27 - 6 is


27-6=(3)*(9-2)
