a=3 b= -10 c= -8

(-10)^2 -4 x3 x (-8)

100 + 96

196

Sqrt(196) = 14

x1 = (-b-sqrt(196))/2a
x1= (10-14)/6
x1= -2/3

x2 = (-b+sqrt(196))/2a
x2 = (10+14)/2a
x2= 4
