Formula for calculating equivalent circuit is,

\begin{gathered} (1)/(Req)=(1)/(R1)+(1)/(R2)+(1)/(R3) \\ Where, \\ Req=Equivalent\text{ }Resistance \\ R1=3\Omega \\ R2=4\Omega \\ R3=5\Omega \end{gathered}

So,

\begin{gathered} (1)/(Req)=(1)/(3)+(1)/(4)+(1)/(5)=((4*5)+(3*5)+(3*4))/(60)=(20+15+12)/(60) \\ (1)/(Req)=(47)/(60) \\ So, \\ Req=(60)/(47) \\ Req=1.276\Omega \\ Which\text{ }is\text{ }close\text{ }to\text{ }1.28\Omega \end{gathered}

So 4th option is correct option.
