The given expression is :

4x-5\ge7

To simplify the expression for x :

Add 5 on both side :

\begin{gathered} 4x-5+5\ge7+5 \\ 4x\ge12 \end{gathered}

Divide the expression by 4 on both side :

\begin{gathered} 4x\ge12 \\ (4x)/(4)\ge(12)/(4) \\ x\ge3 \end{gathered}

Thus : x ≥ 3

The graph is :

Since x is greater than or equal to 3

So, it is closed on 3

Answer :

The graph has a closed circle on 3 and is shaded to the right of the origin
