A- For x=0 , y intercept =c RIGHT
B- If a>0, the parabola has a minimum and open upwards: RIGHT
C-Te vertex has an x-coordinates = -b/2a: RIGHT
D- NO WRONG. The axis of symmetry is x=-b/2a
