(6\left(-12\right))/(10)
First, let's remove the parenthesis...

=(-6\cdot \:12)/(10)
Multiply the numerators...

=(-72)/(10)
There's a fraction rule that states:
(-a)/(b)=-(a)/(b)
Apply it...

=-(72)/(10)
Cancel the common factor, which is 2.

=-(36)/(5)
