What is the solution to the equation 3(x – 1) – 2(2x + 1) = 8(x – 1)?

If you are trying to fin x I think it's 1/3

Hi Dat,
3(x-1)-2(2x+1)=8(x-1)
3x-3-4x-2=8x-8
-x-5=8x-8
9x=3
x=3/9
x=1/3
