Well "lily goed," "lily gone," and "lily has went" are all grammatically incorrect. You can figure this out simply by reading each one and deciding if it sounds correct. So, you're answer is D.

The correct answer is D. Lily went to the park with aunt June. The others are used incorrectly and do not make much sense.
