There are numerous components that make up the USAR family readiness program.Two of the components are; providing support to families getting ready for deployment and being away from each other and provide activities to support and enhance the information to families. One of the programs main mission is to help the families solve their problems at the lowest level. One of the main goals of the program is to promote cohesion, confidence, commitment, and well being with the unit's soldiers.
