distance between the values x and y is
|x-y| or |y-x|
it will yeild the same result
so
|-60-13| or |13-(-60)|
|-73| or |13+60|
73 or |73|
73 or 73
the distance is 73
it can be either |-60-13| or |13-(-60)|
both are correct
