20-kg barrel has 980J of potential energy when it is in the truck whose floor is 5.0 m above the ground
Potential energy is given as , P.E = Mgh
where, M = mass of the object
g = gravity = 9.8m/
h=height of the object from ground
Thus, P.E = 20-kg × 5.0 m × 9.8m/
= 980J
