7-4=3
if al has 60 more than ruth
60=3 units
divide by 3
20=1unit
20 times 4=80
20*7=140
so ruth:alison=80:140
alisonn gave 35 to ruth
80+35=115
140-35=105
so ruth:alson=115:105=23:21
new ratio is 23:21
