The "year" column will be our x-coordinates while the "# of people" will be our y-coordinates.

Let's start plotting the first point (0, 24 000).

As you can see, the point is located at the intersection of 0 and 24 000.

Moving on to the next two points at (1, 21 600) and (2, 19440).

The points are located approximately at the intersection of x and y coordinates.

Let's now plot the rest of the points on the graph.

As we can see, the points from year 6 to year 10 are now below the intended line for the graph because the # of people from year 6 to 10 is less than 14,000.

Let's now connect the points. The graph of the table is shown below.
