Given:

Ratio of NIck to Liam = 9:2

Ratio of Liam to Martin = 2:5

Total savings = $64

The total ratio is:

9 + 2 + 5 = 16

To find how much they saved each, we have:

Nick's savings:

(9)/(16)\ast64\text{ = }36

Liam's savings:

(2)/(16)\ast64=\text{ 8}

Martin savings:

(5)/(16)\text{ }\ast\text{ 64 = }20

Therefore the savings for each of them is:

Nick saved $36

Liam saved $8

Martin saved $20

ANSWER:

Nick = $36

Liam = $8

Martin = $20
