We have the following linear equation:

5x - 2y = -10

In the standard form, we have:

-2y = -5x - 10

y = 5x/2 - 5

For x = 0, we have y = -5, and, for y = 0, we have x = 2

Therefore, to graph this equation, we just need to draw a line passing through (0,-5) and (2,0).
