Area = (1/2)(a + b)h,

a + b = 20m + 30m = 50m

area = 375 m2.

=> h = 2 * area / (a + b)

h = 2 * (375m^2) / (50m) = 15 m

Answer: Altitude, h = 15 m.<----> this is the option C.
