The coefficients are 17 and 3
There are 3 terms 17xy, 3z, and 12. Because 17 and 3 have variables(letters), they are coefficients. 12 does not have a variable, so it is the constant.

The coefficient is 17, I think. It is generally the number before the variables (letters).
