The answer is C trans fat. That like saying, I wanna eat healthy, let me just reduce my diet to Cheetos, and only Cheetos. That's a terrible idea.

c. Trans fat, as it raises LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and lowers HDL (good) cholesterol levels.
It also increases your risk of developing a heart disease, getting a stroke and Type 2 Diabetes.
