Taking a muscle relaxant would be an appropriate solution for Kolby's concern. Aside from this, he needs to hydrate his body well so that the chemical processes within the muscles will circulate properly and enable it to relax well. Muscle relaxants can only be of good help when a person is well-hydrated.
