Okay, there is also another way to do it, and if you don't want to do mine, do Lisee7 steps:
√25=5
√4=2
5×2=10 and here is the answer. Hope it help!

Since both numbers are in the radical just multiply and get sq rt
25 times 4 =100
√100=10 answer
