In the red glass, red light gets transmitted through and all the other colors are reflected. This is why when you look through the glass all you see is red. All the other light has been reflected away and only the red light around you has gone through. In the case of the Green wall green light is reflected which is why it looks green to your eye. No other colors get through because it is solid but they get absorbed
