2 dozen = 2 * 12 = 24

So,

1 teaspoon cinnamon = 24 oatmeal cookies

What amount (in fraction) of cinnamom is need to make 1 cookie??

That will be:

(1)/(24)

So, each cookie requires 1/24th teaspoon of cinnamon.

To find amount of teaspoon needed to make 60 cookies, we mutliply this rate. So, we have:

\begin{gathered} 60*(1)/(24)=(60)/(24)=(5)/(2) \\ \end{gathered}

Changed to mixed number, for better understanding, we would need:

(5)/(2)=2(1)/(2)\text{ teaspoon of cinnamon}
