Remember that

If two figures are similar, then the ratio of their volumes is equal to the scale factor elevated to the cubic

so

we have

the scale factor is 4/7

so

the volume ratio is equal to


((4)/(7))^3=(4^3)/(7^3)=(64)/(343)

therefore

The answer is 64: 343
