Because then if we didn't have any laws and rules people would start acting the way they want to, they'll kill random people, and if everyone didn't have any laws then how would we know how to live?

Think about it, if we didn't have rules or laws everyone would be able to do whatever they wanted to. SO people would steal and murder and do horrible things without getting punished. There would be no order and nothing will be balanced. Basically my version of the world ending
