Sodium hydroxide, NaOH, is a strong base. When it is dissolved in water, it dissociates completely to ions Na+ and OH-. We can see from the equation of sodium hydroxide that there is only one mole of OH- for every mole of NaOH. This means that whatever is the concentration of NaOH is also the concentration of OH-. Thus, the answer is 0.01.
