To solve equations graphically, simply look at the points of intersection. Answers can have up to an infinite amount of solutions to no solutions. Lets say (2,3) is a point of intersection. If you are solving for x, 2 would be your answer, and if you were solving for y, 3 would be your answer. If there are no points of intersection, there are no solutions.
