In a class election Mark received 3/5 of the votes in his class of 30 students

So, we need to find how many students voted for Mark, I assume.

So, we need to divide 30 by 5

30 ÷ 5 = 6

So, 3 × 6 =18.

So, Mark received 18 votes

So then we divide 30 and 5 which is 6. So 1/5 of the class is 6 then we multiply 3*6=18 we got the 3 from 3/5. And our answer is 18 so mark is class president
